Water supply and sanitation are essential for meeting basic needs. For millions of people around the world, access to clean and adequate water is a daily struggle. 1.1 billion people lack access to improved water supply, 2.4 billion to adequate sanitation. The race is on to supply those lacking with this basic human right.

Huge plastic mesh nets trap the fog, and the condensed droplets then run through a series of gutters and pipes to the village.
